Hallo Gangga,
die letzten 14 Tage auf Gangga waren Super. Insbesondere Die Unterwasserwelt ist einzigartig und kaum zu beschreiben. Dank Yok & Dolfie war jeder Tauchgang ein besonderes Erlebnis.

Dear all
I went for the third time to dive in Gangga at the end of october 09 and everything was really perfect. I really loved the kindness of the restaurant and bar staff and the way they looked after Melodie when I was diving.
And all the small things (but big effect) like celebrating my birthday and later Melodie's and Juju's Bubble makers and Bettina's and me Padi degrees.
I appreciated a lot the FOs Debby & Alfredo and their help for rescheduling my departure flight.
And of course, a big thank you to Didier for its very professional attitude when teaching the Padi courses.
Special thanks to Yap, our very caring dive guide for his patience and sweetness and for showing us so many underwater wonders so conciensiously.
Thanks to Inyo and Johan for accomodating our diving wishes
Thanks to Yok who sometimes travel on the boat with us and was so pleasant to discuss with.
And last but not least, thanks to Hanne and Cilla.
I hope I come back soon next year

Dear All Gangga Island Resort Staff (esp. Hanne, Inyo and Karni),

Somehow i still remember my time when I went to gangga and stayed in there with my cousin Yenny in the middle of May 2009, well maybe that was my first time that i spent greatest time for my holiday.Honestly I miss it so much and wishing that i can revisit it (lately i just dream to revisit it again =D ) so be prepare for my re-visit coz maybe this time i will bring more people.

Well i just want to say Thank You for giving Both of us the Experience when we took the Open Water Diving Course and i really Satisfied with results that i had and i'm really great full to Inyo as our Dive Instructor because i can gave my word about diving to Yenny, in the first time she was upset and told me that things is really torture, but after the 1st open water that she had, she was so happy and forget all the pain of the heavy tank.

Inyo, for your information, we've been diving again after Gangga, and we did that in Derawan. 3 days 4 Islands and 7 dives, we wrote that in our log book already =P but we haven't found guide and buddy as great as you, and yenny still bad with the buoyancy *hihihi*

well for my testimonial about the resorts and staff:

The resorts is incredible, the staffs are so friendly and polite. for food i can't say anything because for me this resorts really gave the best things to the visitor, i still remember asked them to make me many things especially hanne, she even told me to asked anything that i want from the kitchen and i gained my weight after leave there. the bedroom is super clean, they clean it 2 times/day. environment, atmosphere really great for GETAWAY from all the crowd and i recommended this resorts to whole my big family including 11 couple of elders, and 60 cousins that i've got plus i dont remember that i brag it alot to my friends.

Thank you all.. and yes indeed i will go there again for re-visit and maybe take another diving courses =P (give me great discount OK?!! I'll take another cousin to there soon and i'm proud that i can recommend this resorts to many people)

The Management of the resort very much regrets that in spite of a continued effort to provide excellent service, and continuously improve facilities and service, at times may fail to achieve the objective. We are always happy to receive guest’s comments, also the negative one because these provide stimulus to Management and Staff to do always better. In particular we do appreciate when comments are made during the guests stay at the resort; thus giving the opportunity to immediately correct any cause for dissatisfaction. Guests staying in Gangga are briefed on arrival, and amongst other things are also requested to inform Management and Staff of any major or minor cause of discomfort, in addition they are personally met during meals by members of the Management and asked if everything is to their satisfaction. Complaints made at the time of check-out, and when settling the bill, do not help very much the cause of excellent service. We sincerely regret to have failed on this occasion, and shall strive to work harder, and to serve our clients always better.

we went in Gangga last august 2009 (2 rooms)
and were so so disapointed

the resort and facilities should be perfect for the price asked and it was not at all

only the beach, gardens et swimming pool were nice

but

the room was not nice, bad smell in the bathroom, not cleaned , and the air cond. did not work well

the food : was not good and so poor

the staff was not so kindly as in Bali hotels

and we had bad surprises when check out...

at that price in Indonesia everything must be PERFECT and it was not at all

Sono appena tornata dopo una vacanza dal 22 al 29 maggio 2009 e desidero ringraziare tutti ancora una volta perchè sono stata molto bene, mi sono rilassata, ho mangiato divinamente e per il giorno 24 che era il mio compleanno ho avuto una bellissima sorpresa, torta con candeline e regalo!
Ricordo ancora i massaggi che facevo ogni giorno, che meraviglia!
Pace, silenzio, relax, sole, mare e natura, veramente tutto perfetto!
